UK Digital Economy Fund

The UK Digital Economy Fund (UKDEF) is a real estate fund focused on under-priced logistics warehousing and data centres in the UK.

UKDEF is a collaboration between Milltrust and Inflection Real Estate, an experienced real estate operator of UK logistics assets.

The UKDEF portfolio will consist of UK mid-box (50,000 – 150,000 sq ft) logistics units. There will be a mix of short- and long-term income assets, on and off-market transactions, in areas with a demand/supply imbalance.
